What Is Flipping Out?

It's the craziest, funniest, side-splitter reality show that airs a new episode every Tuesday night, on BRAVO.

Watch Jeff Lewis flip out on his staff and everyone else around him.

The votes are in! It's the wildest roller-coaster ride a reality show has ever had, and Jeff Lewis is derailed.

Flipping Out - Jenni on Jeff's Flip Outs

This video is Jenni's updated take on Jeff and what he flips out over and why.

I think this woman is right on, with her assessment of her boss, in this clip. In the past, Jenni goes out of her way to justify Mr. Lewis' behavior.

This clip opens to the beginning of episode 5, where Stephen gets jumped on by Jeff, for not getting is food order right.

I call Jeff's tantrum behavior, a spoiled child's behavior. Jenni, is dead on about this.

I am finding Jeff Lewis to be someone so obnoxious, that I cannot understand how he has lived this long, without real life, coming in and leveling his playing field. I guess I am naive enough to believe, you can't go through life treating people the way Mr. Lewis does, without being taken down a few pegs.

My wife thinks, after the show has aired, Jeff will whine and cry that Bravo, screwed him over with the editing of the show. I think she is right.

Do you think we will get to see Jeff Lewis bite it, before the series ends?

Flipping Out - Jeff Lewis flips out over Chris, using the computer

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I like Chris Elwood. He has been fired by Jeff so often, that he seems bemused, most of the time when Mr. Lewis calls him out. This time though, Chris calls his boss on the severity of his revenge.

Ok, so Chris got on Jeff's computer while he was away in Palm Springs. He accidently deletes the browser's bookmarks and Jeff decides to really let Chris have it. Teach him a lesson.

So, who teaches Jeff a lesson? Oh yeah, Jeff is the man, and he does not make mistakes.

Is it just me, or is anybody else waiting for an upcoming episode, where Jeff Lewis gets some karmic payback?

PART 2 Off the video is right below this.

Flipping Out - With Jeff Lewis -Episode 5

Actually, it's a fairly calm episode. One in which Jeff's drama is cut in half.

In episode 5, everything is moving along according to plan. Last week, Jeff was broke, this week, two of his properties sell. Valley Oak, One, then the Las Palmas property gets a bite. Jeff is in the money and can't spend it fast enough.

Jeff hits Ryan on going to Palm Springs to look for property, in the hopes of expanding the business. Ryan is gun shy of branching out over there. The housing market in Palm Springs is too unstable, yet they do go for the day.

All through the trip, Jeff hammers at Ryan about getting involved with Palm Springs. It is a sore subject with Ryan. It's old ground that has been gone over several times before. But, Jeff sees pipe dreams, he doesn't see the risk as anything more than, something to jump on.

While Jeff is gone, Chris gets on Jeff's computer to check his email, but ends up deleting the browsers bookmarks. When Jeff gets back to the office, Jeff gets nasty with Chris and demotes him to "Trash Man", once again.

In the mean time, Ryan is trying to get the Knottingham house finished, so he can move in, in 12 days, and Jeff has to pack up and move to the Ben Lomand property.

Stephen can't seem to get the food orders right, a couple of times. Jeff goes off on Stephen over the onions.

Flipping Out, Jeff negotiates - Part 1

It's a video clip, Jenni sets up. It covers her take on Jeff Lewis' negotiating tactics.

Flipping Out, Jeff justifies his negotiations - Part2

I have to believe, when "BRAVO" met Jeff, they knew, if they could get him in front of a camera, it would be, "love at first sight".

Do you think America's fascination with, "Flipping Out" is a love, hate relationship, or a hate, hate love affair?

Leave me a comment! Need some feed back! I am dieing to know!

Flipping Out - Jeff on being psychic

I think the real reason Jeff sees psychics and a spiritualist, is for his karmic insurance.

Jeff Lewis treats people like a spoiled child would, when things don't go exactly the way he wants.

If I were him, I'd be worried about all the bad karma that is building up, too. Jeff has a very difficult time walking his talk. He cannot carry through on making up for his bad behavior, so he hires a psychic, for his own assurance.

Flipping Out - Jenni-Being caught in the middle

Jenni is great. Clearly, she deserves a better boss. I certainly don't see, what she sees in, Jeff Lewis.

Jenni is certainly crossed, about her feelings for Jeff. He really doesn't deserve this woman and what Jenni has to put up with.

Flipping Out - Jeff Lewis explains Chris

It's Jeff, doing Chris. Of course it's very slanted.

You have to wonder, if Mr. Lewis has anything good to say about anyone, except his pets.

It is a two part video. Part 2 of the video is right below the first one.

Chris must be immune to Jeff by now. He seems to take most of Jeff's rants with a few grains of salt.

Chris wants some respect

Flipping Out - Episode 4 - Jeff screws the help

Episode 104, kicks off with Jeff complaining, but then, this is what he does best.

If there is a theme to episode 104, it would have to be, "negotiations".

Jeff decides, the economy sucks, and so should he. Mr. Lewis spends the episode, messing with his contractors.

He really hits Pedro, the hardest. Jeff breaks him down so hard, that you want Pedro to break Jeff's nose.

Then it's on to Frank, his fastest contractor. Jeff tells his entourage, that Jeff is taking advantage of him and basically; Maybe it's time Frank left.

We get to meet Jeff's dad.

Jeff has nothing good to say about his dad. After lunch, with his father, Jeff tells him he only sees him four times a year, and that is enough for him.

Later, Jeff tries to beat out his real estate agents out of $5,000, of their commission on one of the houses he is in the middle of selling.

This is a video of Stephen, scrapping off the onions on Jeff's food. What a guy!

Flipping Out - Episode 3

Episode 103, has several things happening all at once, it seems.

Jeff is on another rant today. The first one in the video is the "CD player" incident. After this, Jeff is kicked in, and just keeps on going, throughout the day.

This episodes theme, centers around cash-flow woes.

Jeff can't pay the staff, with all his money tied up. He has to borrow against escrow accounts.

We get to finally see Ryan, more than we ever had before.

Jeff wants Ryan to sell his house, so they have more working capital. They bicker, and a wager is struck. Who ever sells their house first, gets to move into the multi-million dollar property at Nottingham.

Ryan sells his house first and Jeff is whining and crying over it, hoping Ryan will let Jeff have it. It is nice to see Ryan not let him get away with it.

I like it, that Jeff is thrown off, from his usual flippant self. He is acting more needy, then usual, more insecure and whiney.

Episode 103- The Round-Up

Jeff finds a new psychic, Fiona. Tori, of late, has lost a lot of trust, in Jeff's eyes. After Fiona gives Jeff a reading, then blesses the house, so it will sell, Jeff decides to keep her.

Looks like Fiona is in, unless it's just not in the cards.

Of course we get to see Jeff being his egotistical, rude self. He goes off on Jenni, this week and threatens to fire her.

Then there is "the red curb, incident." It's a great one! Jeff tells Jenni to basically, scour the neighborhood and find out who painted his curb from red, back to it's original color. Not to be missed!!

We don't get to see much of the rest of the staff, this episode. Hopefully next week.

Episode 103 is a real eye opener into the juggling act that is needed to be done, when so many properties are in various stages of being "flipped". It is a lot of work, keeping up and staying on top of it all. In this respect, a do have to give Mr. Lewis some credit. He is running a three, or four ring circus.

This clip is of the Los Palmas, house blessing.

Jeff really likes clean houses. It makes me wonder, though, how many evil spirits are really running the show in my house.

Episode 103 Round-Up- A Note

It would stupid of me and an effort of futility, at this point in time, to be giving blow, by blow rundowns of each episode.

I will be mentioning key elements, along with some commentary, concerning each new episode from now on.

PS: Thank you for the emails and support! Especially, Janet!!

More About Jeff And A Video Compilation Of Shorts, So Far

Jeff moves about every six, to eight months. As soon as he is settled in, he is packing again. It is a lot like Jeff's life, in general. He seems to be in several places throughout his day, never slowing down.

Jeff started "house flipping", when he was eighteen by purchasing a condo, with his life's savings. He lost $3,500 on this flip. It took Jeff five years to recoup this loss.

At 24, Jeff tried his hand at flipping another house, this time he made back his $3,500, and the rest is history.

Today he flipping 4, to 6 homes at a time. Because of this, Jeff is always short on cash and trying to juggle different accounts to pay everyone.

It's a video of short takes from the past episode. A visual update.

Flipping Out - Jeff Lewis - Episode 2-part2

Alright, the intermission is over and it's on to part 2, of episode 2 in the Jeff Lewis, ongoing saga.

The last time we saw Jeff, he was deeply wounded that Chris would leave the house before finding Monkey, the cat, in the bottom cupboard, tucked away in the back, to possibly die, before anyone could rescue him.

Jeff chewed Chris out, over the phone and is now talking to the camera, explaining to the world, an epiphany about Chris.

This is a video clip of the "lost cat" drama.

Mr. Lewis explains, he always thought that Chris was not very bright, dumb, in fact. But, now,... now he sees the light. It's more of a calculated plan to appear stupid, so Chris can ruin Jeff?

It is only now that Jeff truly appreciates Chris for what he truly is. A brilliant sociopath.

Stephen is "Assistant Housekeeper". Jeff tells him to get Monkey over to the vet's office for acupuncture. It is not an easy task for anyone to even approach this wolverine, masquerading as a feline, and old Steve is clearly nervous about this whole idea.

The cat, hisses and growls, scratches and bites at everyone and anything, as Steve tries to get Monkey into the cat box for the trip.

Stephen is really trying to be a good sport about this whole thing. In the car, on the way to the vet's office, Jeff calls him up to make sure he is talking to Monkey. Stephen explains, he was talking to him, until the cell rang. So, Jeff tells him he will hang up now, so Steve can resume his conversation with Monkey.

I thought I would stroke out, from laughing so hard, once they are at the vets.

This cat is from hell. Monkey was having nothing to do with any of it. This cat terrorized Stephen and the vet. They were both terrified of this devil called, Monkey.

Monkey went crazy on the vet. No acupuncture session happened.

On the way back from the vet's office, Steve's on the cell with Jenni, explaining what happened. Jeff didn't care about how Stephen was fairing at all, but he was worried about Monkey.

After the call, Stephen breaks, and begins to cry in the car.

Jenni and her boss arrive at one of the properties that Chris was supposed to give a cleaning to. Jeff is again pissed that it was not up to his inspection.

He goes off on Jenni, telling her, she will have to come back and do her husband's job for her.

We discover, no one is golden, not even Jenni. Jeff has fired her two, or three times before.

Back at home, Chris is informed that Jeff wants Chris to write out a formal apology to him, and that it will go in Chris' file.

Chris is brilliant, but no sociopath, like Jeff suggested earlier. Chris pulls out a stuffed mouse, cat toy for Monkey and starts playing with the cat.

It goes to Jeff. He softens and tells Chris, that it looks like Monkey forgives him, now what about him? Chris tells Jeff he'll have an apology letter for him to file, tomorrow.

Ya gotta love it.

In the end, you have to wonder why anyone would stick around this type of working environment, and then Jeff does something that seems so out of character for him to do.

It's Zoila's birthday and Mr. Lewis has thrown her a party, inviting family and friends.
She is clearly touched and so am I. I did not think this self centered jerk had it in him.

Jeff Lewis Orders An OCD Over Ice

From the first episode. Yeah, Jeff, it seems you do have an affliction, or two, or more.

It's another update, compilation from the first episode, with a quick run through about
what makes Jeff tick.

Flipping Out-Jeff Lewis - Episode 2 part 1

If you haven't seen episode 2 yet, it aired last night. Yes, it is as crazy as the premier that aired last week.

Now that Jeff has acquired another house to renovate, he is running short on cash and has to put up his current abode to sell. They had a prayer circle over this issue, last episode, with Tori, Jeff's psychic, leading the prayer circle.

Now that Brandt is gone, his position needs to be filled and Chris, the official "Trashman", puts himself up for this task. So now, Chris has been designated, "Third Assistant". This is also on top of his other title of, "Trashman".

Here is a video clip that recounts this incident, along with some other brief moments from the episode.

Episode 101

You have to like Chris, but I don't know what he is thinking, by putting himself more into the fire. By his own admission, Chris has been fired, four or five times by Jeff. Jeff claims it's more.

They are holding an open house. Chris is dressed in his suit and staying as "house security". It's his job to ensure that no one runs off with the china, and that the pets are ok, while Jeff and the rest of the staff are out.

Later, it's Ryan, the business partner, and Jeff at yet, another property.

Pedro is looking after this property and informs Jeff and Ryan, he has heard footsteps on the stairs, when no one is there.

Jeff deadpans to the camera and explains, they have been through this type of thing before.

Spirits that occupy his properties?

Jeff tells us that an exorcism will have to be performed at this house.

Jeff makes this statement in the spirit of it being, just another inconvenience; like someone having to call Terminex, to kill off some roaches.

I'm anxious to see if Jeff has a priest on retainer for just this sort of thing, or if Tori, the psychic will be called upon to say a few words.

I can see her doing it now.

"Hmmmm...........I see a man.......he's from the tenth dimension.......name is Zoltar the Rebublican........hmmmm.....he says,....he says......he will leave this house, when you give Tori one of your homes.........hmmmmm.........

Just having some fun. Tori probably is a very good psychic.

Personally, I hope they do a crossover episode on the Sci-Fi Network and pull in T.A.P.S. for this chore. I want their take on Jeff.

At yet, another property that is still in escrow, they have a problem with the former owner, Dr. Tony. He has yet to start packing to leave. The property will be officially Jeff's in a few days and they are worried that the Doctor will still be hanging out, slowing up production.

Back at the homestead, the house showing is over and Chris is stocking bottled water and lets Monkey, the cat, get away from him.

Jeff is on his cell, talking to Chris. Monkey cannot be found. Chris had to leave to keep a date with an outside project he is involved with, but promises Jeff he'll go back to the house later to find the cat.

Jeff is "Flipping Out". He can't believe that Chris just up and left the house without first, finding his precious Monkey. He drops his present plans and heads back home, very disgusted and pissed at Chris.

Back at the house, it's Zoila, the housekeeper, that finds Monkey under the sink. The cat has been boxed into the back of the cupboard, by all of the bottled water that Chris stocked earlier.

Of course, Jeff is considers firing Chris over this. He asks Zoila, if he should fire Chris. She says no.

Jeff is blasting Chris, over the phone. "You bailed! You bailed!" But, Jeff doesn't fire him.

I get a real feeling that the drama never, ever stops. These clashes between Jeff and his employees have to be the norm. As an employee of Jeff Lewis', one has to wonder if you ever become immune, or does Jeff just keep raising the stakes until, like Brant, you finally reach a limit and don't care what happens any longer.

Episode 2 - part 2 will be posted later today.

Flipping Out - Don't Miss An Episode!

Just a quick note. If you have not yet seen episode 1 of, "Flipping Out", it is being shown today on Bravo at noon, followed by last nights episode 2, at 1 PM.

Flipping Out, with Jeff Lewis-Episode 1-part2

Jeff has a few pets. I seriously doubt they have ever seen a can of pet food, or kibble in their lives. According to Jenni, he holds his pets in a much higher regard than his employees. Later in the episode, Jeff himself, verifies this, as fact.

If anyone is "golden", it's Jenni. Yes, Jeff gets irritated at her too. She is not immune to his rants. He goes off on her for not answering the phone using a the scripted greeting, that Jeff has written out for her as a phone greeting when Jenni answers it.

Jeff is running around town, on his cell, talking to the camera and in general, expounding on his philosophy, his rants, and rationalizing everything he does.

We arrive at a new property that Jeff is trying to buy. He thinks it is a steal. He wants it. He is going to get it. He makes his calls and now he has to have this "fixer upper."

Jeff sends in his crew of sub-contractors to do a quick, once over; make the house look better than it is. It's smoke and mirrors to divert the appraiser the bank is sending over for an appraisal, so Jeff can get the money.

It is illegal, it is not Jeff's property, but this is Jeff, being who he is and what he does.

The appraiser walks through the house, after Jeff scooted out his contractors. He is nervous that the appraiser is being so thorough. So, what's new?

Back at the ranch, Jeff is pissed that Brandt is unhappy about working for him. They had a talk, confrontation earlier, that went nowhere near where Jeff was trying to take it.

Jeff whines to Jenni, he is unhappy with Brandt. He doesn't work any more. Brandt is on his cell phone too much, etc.

We can see this building.

Jeff informs Jenni, he was considered firing all of them. Jenni tells Jeff, It wouldn't work out for him.

Jeff tells Jenni, she is his "moral compass."

I can't even get into Mr. Lewis' ethics, or morals right now.

He's off and running again. Jeff Lewis is a lot of things, but he isn't a person who can stand in one place for more than five minutes.

Jeff gets together with his personal psychic, Tori, for a consultation about the new property and the current state of affairs.

Hmmmmm....... Tori says,....hmmm....the deal will work out.....hmmm.......staff changes.... but Jenni will stay. This news puts a smile on Jeff's face.

Of course this isn't a literal, quote, but you get the gist.

Right on cue, Jeff pulls up next to Brandt, jumps all over him about being on his cell phone, then fires him. They go at it, but it is written in the wind. Brandt is gone, he is history. Now Jeff can bash Brandt all he wants, well... he did anyway.

I call this, self fulfilling prophesy. I think Jeff and Tori deserve each other. Personally if I was Jeff's psychic, I would have spiced it up some.

Hmmmm...........Jeff, I see you being despised by millions of TV viewers.......hmmmm..........I see you running off to New Zealand, where Bravo isn't shown.........hmmmm.

Jeff needs constant hand holding throughout his day. I hope he pays these people well, because he verbally abuses everyone on his tab.

Jeff had gone back to the new property, earlier. It is his wreck, now. His contractors found some major repairs that need immediate attention. A lot more money to sink into it than was expected.

Jeff is worried a lot about no cash-flow, woes. Maybe he'll end up working for Brandt.

Jeff is off and running to his spiritual healer's house.

David, the spiritual healer, has Jeff lay down on a table, then sticks a towel into Jeff's mouth, telling him to scream. Afterward, Jeff is momentarily, healed.

Personally, I would have stuck my sock in his mouth for free.

Later, back at the office, Jeff and company form a circle and say a healing prayer over the business.

Jeff is afraid he might end up having to let all of his employees go, if his money woes don't mend. His staff all count on him. They don't deserve him, yet he is there for them. I mean, no one does anything right, anyway. It's always up to Jeff to do it correctly. You get the impression, if it wasn't for Jeff, these people would be on welfare.

You have to wonder, how many times this same scene will play itself out in the episodes to come?

It's a burning question, only time will tell.

Stay tuned for Tuesday night. A brand new episode of "Flipping Out", on Bravo.

Flipping Out - Episode 1 - part one

In the season premier opener, we get a quick, and I mean quick, intro explanation of what "Flipping Out" is about. This show moves at such a fast clip that you find yourself wondering if you just got thrown down the rabbit hole along with Alice.

Jeff Lewis is everything and more, the teaser ads on Bravo have been showing for the past few weeks. It's an "Alice In Wonderland" ride into Jeff's mad world of home renovation, with Jeff, clearly playing the role of the "Mad Hatter" to the hilt.

Jeff talks to us, the viewing audience, at an unstoppable pace. Talk about a person who is proud of his shortcomings! Mr. Lewis is clearly in love with himself and the center of this universe. He is not only "the chairman of the board" he is the board. It's Mr. Lewis' show.

Jeff informs us within the first few minutes, that he has obsessive-compulsive disorder, OCD. He says, he validates and celebrates his OCD in doing what he does for a living.

Mr. Lewis rejects the notion that he is a "house flipper". He considers himself, so far above this term. Jeff is a renovator of very pricey, trendy homes, in very exclusive neighborhoods. Jeff wants us to believe, he is a top designer. What does "house flipping" mean then?

With thirty eight homes under his belt and three houses in various stages of renovation, Jeff states, he is in the process of trying to find more property to buy, with no cash-flow to speak of.

We get a glimpse of Jeff's housekeeper, Zoila. She is housekeeping. She looks tired, says she is tired and is going to take a break. Jeff, suggests for her to do some work first, then maybe, take a break. He is clearly implying that his Zoila has not done any work yet to get tired over. It's the first of many "zingers" Jeff tosses out to his employees.

We get to met Jenni, Jeff's executive assistant. She spins Jeff as the best boss in the world. Almost all of his other employees follow suite about their boss, throughout the show; it's just that Jenni seems to really believe it the most.

They all seem to say the same thing about their boss. Jeff is eccentric, maybe even crazy, but that he is a genius that truly cares about them all, deeply, even if he does drop disparaging remarks about them all, constantly.

There is one employee we see for only a few clips, Brandt. He has reached his limit with his boss. Brandt is fed up with Jeff's insane behavior and the way he treats them all.

I have a gut feeling about what is to come.

It's episode 18 of Star Trek. In the opening scene, Captain Kirk beams down to the barren planet with, Security Officer, Brandt. Officer Brandt is grousing to Kirk, he doesn't like the way the captain is treating his subordinates lately.

I don't recognize Officer Brandt. He is not a regular on Star Trek.

Suddenly, the cloud creature, that lives on this planet, attacks Officer Brandt, killing him violently. Then they break for a commercial from the sponsor.

Jeff and Brandt have a confrontation at the home, that carries over later on in the episode.

Maybe we will see Brandt, reborn into a more submissive worker, but I doubt it.

Starring - Jeff Lewis

The one and only, legend in his own mind.

Main Supporting Castmembers - Part 1

Ryan

Ryan is the business partner with Jeff. Sort of, the brains and tranquilizer to Jeff's opposite. It is Ryan, who truly has a lot of experience as a designer.

Ryan Brown and his brother Joshua, have designed some of the most compelling interiors in southern California. Not satisfied with just interior design work, Brown Development also takes on full blown, residential development as well.

Although, Jeff and Ryan have a history, they dated each other before, Ryan works hard at keeping this business relationship with Jeff professional and in perspective.

Chris

Chris has the title of, Trash Man. It is one of his many hats to wear. Ensuring that everything looks clean at all times, even at the job sites, Chris has a lot on his plate.

Chris is married to Jenni and is also an actor and comedian. He's been in a few films and is no stranger to eccentric characters, including his present boss Jeff.

Chris has been fired by Jeff, five or six times already, so look for him to be fired, yet again.

This is a video of Chris' birthday party, that is not in any episodes. Looks like a good time, and for once, Jeff is on his better behavior.

Main Supporting Castmembers - Part 2

Main Supporting Castmembers - Part2

Jenni

Jenni is Jeff's Executive assistant. In the real world, this title might imply that Jenni is the woman in charge of this business. She does write all of the checks. It is a tough call.

Jenni has another position on "Flipping Out". She is a hired consultant for the show. So, besides being in front of the camera, Jenni is also called upon to work behind the scenes as well.

Jenni's career background is by far, the most colorful of all the central characters. A waitress, a rap artist and an actress. Oh, yeah. Jenni also does voice-overs for TV commercials.

Being a rap artist, is her number one passion. Jenni is no slouch in the rap industry and as made a name for herself. I expect this show will also serve to showcase this talent of hers.

Steve

Steve is, First House Assistant. It is Steve's job to do all of the "run-around", crap errands, take care of all of Jeff's pets (love the short tempered cat, lol) and anything and everything else that Jeff can dream up for Steve to do, to drive him crazy.

Steve has a grudging respect for his boss, but is clearly more upset than the others, by the way Jeff treats his employees when he is in his mode. This comes out clearly in the first episode. We will just have to see what transpires, if anything, between Steve and Jeff, later.

Zoila

Zoila is Jeff's housekeeper. I don't she gets paid enough, no matter what Jeff might pay her.

As housekeeper, Zoila puts up with a lot without freaking out. She is clearly, one of Jeff's calming influences in his obsessive life.

Zoila raised a couple of daughters, got bored, found Jeff, became his housekeeper and isn't bored anymore. I don't think this was exactly what this kind, "mother to all, who need a mother", woman was in search of for excitement, but she found it, in spades in this household she now calls home.

Flipping Out - The House Pet Videos

Monkey is the scene grabber. This cat is a real handful.

More About Flipping Out - And Air Time Schedule

"Flipping Out" is going to be the next "break through" reality hit for BRAVO, hands down. Unless Jeff Lewis, the central character of the show, and the universe, has a major meltdown, "Flipping Out" is sure to be a real hoot to stay abreast of each week.

"Flipping Out" has less to do with flipping houses to sell, and everything to do with Jeff Lewis. A lot of quirky characters work under Jeff, to ensure he has enough employees to hold his hand and put up with him, 24/7. My guess would be, if you could survive working under Jeff's thumb for even two weeks, then you could work under Chef Ramsey's scowl for a year.

Mr. Lewis buys broken down homes in very "high end" neighborhoods, fixes the houses up, then tries to sell them for a very big profit. He seems to be successful at it, in spite of himself.

Jeff has OCD, obsessive-compulsive disorder. This distracts him to spend so much of his time sweating over the small stuff, instead of focusing in on the real issues of his business, until the last minute. It also drives his employees to distraction, because Jeff demands to pull them into his mad world and make his obsessions their problems, not his. This will be the element, that drives this new reality series to the top, and it is why it is called, "Flipping Out."
